Is coastalpaws.com a secure site?
Yes, the website is secure. The security of your information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Coastal Paws.
Do I have to create an account before I place an order?
No, you do not. You can check out as a guest if you prefer not to create an account with us.
Why should I create an account when I place my order on the Coastal Paws website?
When you order from Coastal Paws in the future, we’ll remember your information such as billing and shipping addresses to ensure a quicker checkout next time around. Having an account will also allow you to access your order history.
When I join the Coastal Paws mailing list or create an account with Coastal Paws, will I start receiving emails?
Yes, you will automatically be added to our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe to Coastal Paws emails at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the email or by sending a request to info@coastalpaws.com.
What if I forgot the password to my Coastal Paws account?
If you forget your password, select the “Forgot password” option on the login screen to have your password reset.

FAQ - Shipping
Where does Coastal Paws ship?
We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Absolutely! When you set up your Coastal Paws account, you are able to enter separate shipping and billing addresses.
Can I ship to a P.O. box or to multiple addresses?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, and can only accept one delivery address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address.
Do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs; however, merchandise orders $35 and up, excluding tax, qualify for free shipping (ground transportation only). Please see “How much will it cost to ship my order?” below.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer next day and two-day freight services for an additional cost. Please see “How much will it cost to ship my order?” below. Also, be aware that expedited shipping is not waived if your merchandise order is $35 and up, as that promotion is only valid for standard ground transportation.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume (sales, major promotions, holidays, etc.), it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day that you place it, please complete your order before noon ET using an expedited freight service (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and we will do our best to get your merchandise shipped that day.
Orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected during checkout. Standard ground transportation is delivered to most U.S. locations within 2 to 7 business days. If you have selected an expedited freight service, your item(s) should arrive within the selected time frame chosen.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping Costs are based on total cost of merchandise ordered and the selected shipping method. The following table details the cost for each shipping method.

FAQ - Order and Payment
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to add Coastal Paws to your “Safe” list. You may also check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account.
Can I change my order?
We apologize, but we cannot guarantee any changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Just give us a call at 321-722-PAWS.
If a certain item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
There are times when our supply cannot keep up with demand on some of our more popular items. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to replenish out of stock items as soon as possible. To find out when a product will be back on the shelves, please email info@coastalpaws.com.
What forms of payment does Coastal Paws accept?

Does Coastal Paws charge sales tax?
Yes, Coastal Paws charges sales tax in those states where we are required to collect and remit sales tax.
When will Coastal Paws charge my credit card?

Can you tell me about Coastal Paws gift cards?
We offer Gift Cards that can be sent directly to the recipient via email. Our Gift Cards are available in various increments from $10 to $100 and will never expire. The recipient will receive a Coastal Paws Gift Card by email with a message from you and instructions on how to redeem the Gift Card at checkout.
We are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter an accurate recipient email address.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and they may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Where can I get a Coastal Paws discount or coupon code?
You may come across Coastal Paws coupon codes, discount codes and promotions on other websites, but please note that these codes are generally not valid. Your best bet for being the first to know about sales and other promotions is to join our mailing list.
FAQ - Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their Coastal Paws merchandise, but we understand there may be times when something needs to be returned. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date on full-priced unworn and unwashed merchandise in like-new condition, with all price and hang tags intact. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale or clearance priced items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail the following information to info@coastalpaws.com:
Once we have received the requested information, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to return the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package for your protection. Also, remember to save the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited back to you.
Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a refund, net of shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Gift recipients who return an item will receive an e-gift certificate. Be sure to include the recipient’s email address when initiating the return.
All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
